Return Policy

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 1-month return period from the date you receive your order.

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within the one-month period. You can do so via our email or through our contact form. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and handle the process as quickly and easily as possible.

Return Conditions

To accept a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• It must not have been handled, used, or damaged by the customer.

• It must keep all its components, accessories, and manuals.

• It must be returned in its original box and packaging, in good condition.

Only returns that meet these requirements can be processed.

Return Costs

We will cover the cost of the return as long as it is within the one-week period, the product has not been manipulated by the customer, and it is returned in its original box and packaging.

Purchase Guarantee

All products offered in our shop are guaranteed against breakage or damage occurring in the process of transport or obvious manufacturing defects and, where appropriate, by that granted by each manufacturer or by the legislation in force. We make a special effort to ensure that our products have the backing of renowned manufacturers and a high level of quality as well as a careful packaging process. 

 The guarantee is effective through the refund of the amount paid or the replacement of the model, although the latter is not always possible as it depends on the availability of units at any given time or the type of defect in the model. 

Return Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to return it. In this case, shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer. Before making the return, the customer must contact our sales department within the period indicated by email, telephone or fax where the return process will be indicated. Any return without this prior communication will not be accepted. In order to accept the return, both the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, without scratches or broken or damaged packaging and including all the documentation accompanying the product as well as its accessories. The customer must pack the product correctly to ensure that it is transported undamaged. Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same condition in which it was sent, we will proceed to refund the amount as previously agreed with the customer. 

Additional terms and conditions

Diecast.es reserves the right to process orders placed through its website. The fact that an order has been placed does not imply acceptance of the order, in part or in full. Diecast.es may cancel the customer's account and the order placed unilaterally.

The prices indicated are valid except for errors or omissions and do not imply any contractual obligation on the part of Diecast.es. In the event that there is an upward price variation due to an error, the customer will be informed before placing the order for approval. 

The photographs of the models shown on our website as well as the information shown in the data sheet of each article are merely informative and do not imply any contractual obligation on the part of Diecast.es. If you detect any error, please inform us so that we can correct it.
