The Lusitania Cavalry Regiment No. 8 is a cavalry unit of the Spanish Army. It is currently framed in the Almogávares VI Paratroopers Brigade (belonging to the Castillejos Division) and its quartering is located in the Marines Military Base (Valencia).
Its permanent hallmark is the skull with crossbones, granted by King Felipe V, after the battle of Madonna del Olmo and won in combat for the courage and courage of the Regiment's components, the Dragons of Death.
