What is the best way to place an order?Through the web itself is the fastest and safest way. When the order is placed, the client obtains a copy of the order and a confirmation by e-mail, before giving the agreement, the client can see the exact cost including shipping costs.
Can you place the order in another way?
Orders can be placed by Fax to our direct number 963.837.992 any day and at any time. It is important to indicate the complete shipping data, the form of payment and transportation desired and the exact data of the models including your reference.
It is also possible to place orders through e-mail at diecast@diecast.es indicating all the data.
Is it possible to place the order over the phone?
By telephone we can clarify doubts or any questions about our products, but we do not accept orders. When making telephone orders it is very likely to make mistakes in the shipping data or in the selected models.
How does the standard package delivery system work? Only Spain
Orders are sent through Correos in the Standard Package modality. The treatment Correos gives to this system is similar to a certified letter. The postman takes the package to the address and charges it to the customer at the time of delivery (in the case that he has chosen the payment to refund method). If it has already been paid in advance it will be delivered as well as a certified letter.
If there is no one at the address at the delivery time, the postman will leave a notice in his mailbox with a reference number and the indication of the office where the package is deposited. From that moment the client has 15 days to withdraw the package from the office. If after the deadline no one picks it up, the package is returned to our warehouses. In this case, and if there is no justified reason, it will no longer be possible to send it back for reimbursement.
How does the Sending system work? Only Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal (Continental)
The fastest system to receive an order is achieved by requesting the shipment by Sending and making the payment by Credit Card or Paypal as there is no need to wait for the payment by transfer to be able to exit it.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The orders are deposited in Correos on the day of its reception (for orders received before 12:00 hours). Correos takes between 2 and 4 days to make the delivery, except for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where the delay can be increased by distance and / or customs procedures.
You have chosen the payment method with transfer but can not find the bank details to make it
When an order is made with payment by transfer, we proceed to the preparation and reservation of the selected models. In this way, we make sure that these models can not be sold while the payment process lasts. Once this is done you will receive the instructions to make the payment. This reserve is maintained for 5 days, if after which payment confirmation is not received, the order is canceled and the models are unlocked for sale.
My order does not reach € 8 and the web does not let me complete the order. What can I do?
Due to the costs of shipping and packaging it is not profitable for the customer or the store to take orders of very little amount. If you are still interested in receiving a specific product, you should expand it with other articles. On the web you will find excellent miniatures at very affordable prices.
