Douglas SBD-3 Dauntless belonging to the Squadron VS-6, embarked on the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise. Managed by Lieutenant Dale Hinton and machine gun radio Jack Leaming. This plane was shot during the attack on Marcus Island (Northeast of Marianas) on March 4, 1942. It is painted with the standard two-color camouflage that was in effect until 1941: bluish gray for the top and light gray for the bottom .

Spread: 17.5 cm. approx.
Diecast construction, metal with some plastic accessories such as antenna, propeller and landing gear.
Mounted (except propellers, landing gear and antennas) and factory decoration.
Include a presentation support to show the plane "in flight" with the name of the model.
